The Fiscals, Great Wall of Will

" You can never understand one language until you understand at least two."

                                                                                                                              ‒Geoffrey Willans

Foreign Language Governing School Pact

TheFiscals will advocate for a Federal Statute that grants authority to the US Department of State to sign Foreign Language Educational Compacts with Nations who receive Foreign aid from the United States. The Sponsoring Nation will be required to fund a Foreign Language curriculum and provide Instructors as Language Ambassadors to teach at Public Governing Schools. This committment to a Governing School is a requirement of future foreign aid. The Funding of these Language Educational Compacts will be made as a grant from to The US Department of State, designated Primary or Secondary Governing School within a (15) mile radius of the host Nation's Embassy, Consulate or Trade Mission. The Sponsoring Country may select a Governing School in the area of dense population of their Citizens within the United States. The schools will be designated as Foreign Embassy Governing Schools (FEGS). These Foreign Language pacts will accelerate the evolution of a multi-lingual United States while, eliminating the "English Only" political narrative that is proven to isolate Americans from understanding the world and inability to work abroad.   "Those who know nothing of foreign languages know nothing of their own."

                                                                                                                                                 ‒ Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

The "English Only" political narrative is static and contains many false assumptions. First of all the English language was never the dominate language of colonial America. Nor was Anglo-Saxon Culture dominant in the New World. In fact English was the primary language of the enemy; King George of England. The English were not paramount to success in the United States. The United States cannot compete in global marketplace relying on foreign translators to conduct International Commerce in Asia or Latin America. Especially when your competitor knows the English language but you do not theirs. Nothing is more ignorant for a Nation than not to realize multilingual people are more prosperous than monolingual people. A nation of immigrants seeking a better life in the 'Promise Land" that is the United States, will succeed. As immigrants improved their quality of life will accelerate birth rates and in doing so will impose their cultures and customs on American society. Today Spanish speaking people are the fasting growing segment of voters in America. North America and South America are mineral rich, energy rich and the most fertile agricultural land in the world. The abundance of natural water resources makes the partnership between the continents job number one The United States Department of State.

Language Pact Governing Schools will be a great source of skilled talent for the future members for foreign service in the United States embassy corps. Graduate Students who graduate from Foreign Embassy Governing Schools, receive preferred status in the admissions process for Universities abroad in the host country. Upon graduation, these students will receive the same preferred status in the job application in Foreign Service at the US State Department. The goal of FEGS educational model nationwide is to facilitate a young class of Foreign Service diplomats and conservative thinking undersecretaries at to make up the future of the US Diplomatic core overseas.

Note: The Government of Greece once subsidized much of the original curriculum at The Archimedean Conservatory School. This support was instrumental in the Archimedean School's [#1] number one ranking amongst K-8 schools in the Miami-Dade County Public School system, as well as #3 in the State in Florida. (based on FCAT test scores as of 2013).
